Severely disappointed!

Ever since this last update I have not been able to play the game! It gets to title screen and kicks me out of the game. I emailed support and have not received a response after 2-3 weeks! Update game still does not work and I still have not gotten a response from the developer about the issue. I have uninstalled the game and would no recommend it to anyone as it is a POS!
