bad joke

after 3 years of playing, I got ALL my stuff (heroes, equipment support cards etc) deleted. the app support simply didnt answer my tickets over last 1.5 months, nor did they fix the problem. Obviously I didnt get refund for in app purchases either.
the game itself is cool, just dont spend money on it, and mind that some day they will delete your progress as well. And then youre all alone.
